I have only been playing for a week, but I've done a lot in that time. I tried opening the game and it started an entirely new game from the start. How do I log into another account? I dont see any button that makes that possible. My username s ShadeOutman. Please tell me you have a way to do this. 

Also, your support feature in game doesnt work. It just keep loading. 

After reading the hundred posts on this issue, I am certain you have yet to resolve this issue and everyone that had spent a pretty penny on this game or invested countless hours of time in it are basically screwed. 

I have never played a game that didnt have a login feature upon start up.
