I'm still having problem downloading and playing on my PC. I've tried restarting everything (including my computer) and it gets down to like 90% downloaded and then stops. I'm not sure what to do and I really want to play on my PC. I play on my tablet as well, but that keeps crashing on me (even though I have it on the lowest settings).

Still can't log in from the Plarium Launcher... 

Are you guys able to get into the game by launching from plarium launcher? (desktop)

Please try this workaround:

Ddownload and install the latest Visual C++ libraries.

Link: https://aka.ms/vs/16/release/vc_redist.x64.exe

Additionally, you should update the DirectX on his PC.

Then,  re-install the Plarium Play application, restart PC after installing and open the game again.
