SAme here win 7 settings fine, run as admin does nothing, all security disabled does nothing, no processes running in task manager. setup exe just stops

lol cant get the game to even install and you say ask support in game. Can get in game thats the problem!

i have gone to link and support and unistalled totaly nothing fixes issue of AkSoundEngine.dll i love game but can not load onto pc and am losing cell so will not be able to continue please please help

I cannot completely delete plarium raid so when I try and relaod it gives me a error whaen i hit run telling me it is all ready loaded and to click update to update it to a filly featured version. What does that mean, where do you go to perform this task. This happens all to often but this is a new first

Sorry you're dealing with this!
Try these things:
- Uninstall the Plarium Play application, manually delete the remaining folders if they exist, then restart the PC and re-install
Folders to delete:
C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\Plarium
and
C:\Users\user\AppData\LocalLow\Plarium
-Delete the folder StandAloneApps from C:\Users\user_name\AppData\Local\PlariumPlay\StandAloneApps
-Delete the file gamestorage.gsfn from C:\Users\user_name\AppData\Local\PlariumPlay
