This is happening on my laptop only.  Desktop, phone and tablet are all fine.

Was in game, went to attend some food on the stove and laptop had restarted when I came back.

Since then, when I load from Plarium Play, the new load screen comes up, but with no loading bar and it just sits there and the game doesn't boot.

I cleared the cache and unstalled.  Reinstalled and it did not fix the problem.

What else can I do?
