can you take a screenshot of the issue you're having?

also I'd try a VPN (free options like Windscribe and Proton are great) and see if that fixes it since it could easily be a connection issue most of the time.

Whenever I try to load the game right after downloading it, this is what I get.

And this is after uninstalling and reinstalling?

I have found that running a VPN Plarium will not load. How can I get around this issue as I do want to run my VPN.
