Please try to delete old files too from here :C:\Users\ [user]\AppData\Local\Plarium\PlariumPlay its a default installation directory.

May you changed your default install location . Where is your default install location ? Could you check in your plarioum play icon?

There is no Plarium Icon because I can't install Plarium Play because it always gets stuck at 21%

I uninstalled my anti-virus which was Malwarebytes, then tried to install Plarium Play again, and it is still stuck at 21%.
