Yeah it keeps saying it's my internet connection but I link to everything and get in here just fine 

I can't get support to load either

If I can't get on soon I'm going to lose my primal Shard I can't collect in the path event and stuff in the spider termemt it's very frustrating 

are you having the issue on mobile, or just plarium play on your computer?

if it's just plarium play on your computer, are you able to try a different wifi connection, or try a VPN?
