Login to Raid on PC with Window 11. Click on Tournaments icon and I get the tournament screen with the blue circle that it is trying to load. It will sit at this screen for over 20 mins. That was the longest that I let it sit before I closed the screen. It has been this way for about a week. I'm not able to collect tournament rewards using PC. If I use my mobile it seems to work fine.
I get this issue regularly - at least once a day. I have to kill the session and I also log into an android tablet to review. Been like this for months

I have the same issue after today's update. Excepts it locks my computer up and I have to do a hard shutdown.
Same to me. I play on HP ProBook 4730s, and black screen in this areas was started few weeks ago....
This has apparantly been an ongoing problem with Raid for some time now, and it doesn't look like the developers are going to address this any time soon. All I ever get is "clear you cache, use a vpn, use a different connection, blah blah blah" always trying to say the problem is at my end, which I know it isn't because I've done all of the above, and I'm not the only person having this ongoing issue. Oh well, I guess we'll just have to deal with it, since it appears the developers aren't going to.
I totally agree with JohnVogel above . This is NOT an internet problem. My android tablet always returns the results using exactly the same Wi-fi / Broadband (Virgin Media's best) sometimes within a few seconds of getting that new message that there is an internet problem on the PC, This is sloppy programming that needs to be addressed and has been going on too long - has all the hallmarks of a database read not applying a"dirty" read but waiting for transactions from 100 other players to be committed before giving up.

Hi, I had this problem too and Plarium support was unable to give me an answer. Fortunately, I discovered that disabling the Nvidia Geforce 610 card on the laptop solved the problem and in my case the game works practically the same.

такая же проблема у меня, на Андроиде все прекрасно, на ПК проблема уже 3 день, все вроде работает. Но при загрузке турнира идет якобы загрузка несколько минут а потом выдает ошибку связи с сервером
here it is a year after this thread was started and I have complained and got the same as Tom Vogel says none opf there fixes work and I suffer this multiple times daily.
Now It has started to do the same thing trying to load arena events. I have been pushing classic arena hard as I am working on level 4 afirms for Abiter mission, veryaggrivating......going on over a year and still blowing smoke at us because they aren't compitent to solve the issue. Lets turn it over to Elon Musk's team and will be fixed in a day We need a Raid DORE Dept of Raid Efficency...........
