Game freezing randomly

Dear Plarium,


I'm not in the mood to search the entire forum for 'specific' bugs so i'll just post my own. I know a lot of people say "GAME KICK ME", "GAME CRASH" but in my case it's not that. I have a Huawei Mate 20Pro (if it helps with specs) with latest Android software. I even set the graphic settings to minimum (I noticed Ice Golem fights LAGGING! Yes, LAGGING) after the magnificent Dorfies were introduced.


So that's pretty much the case. Every 5 fights, the game suddenly freezes. Not crash, not bug. The entire screen just freezes. My phone isn't feeling warm (overheat). The rest functions well. The phone isn't lagging. Which indicates it must be from the game >.>

Dear Plarium,


I have the same issue and its so annoying!

Every 3 fights in the dragon lair, the game suddenly freezes, and there's nothing to do about it.. 

Of course it also wastes my energy, and its just not playable.


My phone is OnePlus 5 , everything is updated, the phone is not warm, graphics set to minimum.

It just freezes everywhere.. also in the arena

Same.  Only started since last patch.  Freezes on average about 1 per 12 fights, usually on stage 2 of 3.

I have the same problem.  Happened in mid battle in campaign, dungeons, and arena.  Force quit the app and restart work fine for a little while and then the freeze up happened again, again, and again.  Never have this problem prior to ver 1.10.


OS: Android 8.0.0


Device: LG V30


Please fix this as I have been losing resources constantly.

The game randomly freezing is getting really old really quick. I thought at first I should lower my settings a bit did that and still having freezing issues. I have a one plus 7 pro if that helps any. Hope this gets fixed soon it's making the game hard to play

Sorry, new player here.  How long does it usually take Plarium to acknowledge and address a widespread issue like this?  It's clearly raised on the forums, I keep hearing it in clan and general chat... they must know about the issue.  Do they have a track record of being responsive?

Same here.  Just in the past few days, freezes every 10 or so games. Today has been much more frequent.  Quite annoying, really.

I too experience same problem since latest update. So far about 5 freezes pr. day ofcourse after you have spent your energy/arena token/cb key.


- Game crashes on loading screen

- Game crashes in dungeon/arena/campaign battle

- Game even crashes when loading sparring pit - ofcourse less of a frustration since you havent lost anything.


I estimate I have about 6 crashes pr day since update, which is a significant part of the daily energy. To me this is not tolerable in the long run.

So please adress this post and assure us that you are looking into it - so we can keep our hopes high.

My issue with the freeze is that it always seems to happen when I'm fighting clan bosses, which is frustrating as we only get a few keys and these are never refunded after a freeze

As of today, the game is literally unplayable.


Every 3 battles or so the game freezes randomly. Plarium PLEASE FIX THIS. Clanboss, battles, dungeons, pvp. Everything freezes.

It seems to be worse with WIFI on though it seems. If that helps?


And before you throw your "In your face its your own fault, your connection" it's not...

Yeah I've seen a huge uptick in these freezes since the last patch. The game will just randomly freeze entirely in battle or on a couple of specific parts of the loading screen. On 12-3 it'll freeze when loading the 'forge' part, and the in battle freezes just seem to happen randomly.

Same here, random freezes pretty much everywhere...dungeons, campaign, characters, tavern, etc.  This never happened before the dwarf exp.  Now I can't even log into the game and I get the message to check my internet...which is fine.  What's going on?  Are the servers down?

That's right. Keys dont come often and a lot of us are getting pissed. The game NEVER used to crash for me. Now, it happens 3X + per day!

I'm still having problems with the game freezing up as well. I am using Wi-Fi with a Samsung Galaxy Tab S2, Android 7.0, 3GB RAM. I have erased all of the apps I don't use, and use Greenify to hibernate apps. I have cleaned my system with SD Maid Pro. I have tried all of the video settings with no difference detected. I have found no way to keep Facebook and Messenger from auto starting though, so it does run in the background. I don't have and haven't had any problems with any of my other apps or games either. Also, it does seem like it's gotten worse since the latest patch. Please help. I'm not spending another cent on this game until something changes and I will quit playing altogether it does not improve. I've had about my fill with this problem.

I see all these posts about the game freezing, which of course is happening to me too, but I don't see any actions~!!  This is very annoying and happening more and more frequently for me.  It's all aspects of the game and just like the other use said, we click on "SUBMIT REPORT" after we log back in.  Where is that going??  Straight to junk mail?  


Please fix and please compensate us for lost resources.

Thanks, same problem here after the update, random freezes when in fights or their loading screens, pixel 2 xl phone here

I have the same Issues except it is happening constantly when placing/replacing artifacts or upgrading artifacts (very tedious loading times) Other than that I get the freezing or disconnecting every time I am trying to get a champion into or out of the vault.

I made a post about it in more detail, but I decided to let it be heard here as well.

What good will that do? I have submitted several in game tickets about the game freezing and every time the respond with the same exact response about login issues and not given individual credits for problems. Even though I never ask for reimbursement for the issue. I want the freezes to stop.  If they actually responded to a ticket in a way that I thought they actually cared and even read the ticket I would but with Plarium's horrible response in forums and to ticket it seems they do not care. Until a lot of players leave they will just keep bringing us new champs, not caring that players are getting frustrated and tired of not being able to actually play the game. FIX THE PROBLEM or at least acknowledge that you are aware of it and working on it.

This needs to get fixed! Many people have spent money on this game, and now can't play. Wasting energy and time. Can't farm, can't hardly play at all. Please fix this or I'm uninstalling. 


Resupply our energy used up!!!

For me the issue is bigger than just freezing. Twice I have used gems to get keys to fight the boss and twice it has frozen making me lose on the key I purchased with the gems. It is frustrating because I keep sending an error report, but have yet to hear back or get anything for the missed energy or gems. It would be nice to at least know the reports I'm sending are actually being read/seen.
