Same problem, but windows 10.

Same problem on windows, did the clear cache and uninstall and now i can not install the game at all, losing out on CB rewards thanks to this and the fact I am losing over 12 hours in a dungeon to complete Arbiter missions this is not acceptable

Same exact thing. Uninstalled the game and every time I try to install it again I get that same error. 

Same here on Windows 10. Could not start game message. Cleared cache & tried again, same message. Uninstalled & re-installed the game, same message. Would be nice to get some acknowledgement that there is a problem, especially for those that have events to finish.

And before any shills jump in and ask the Blizzard question "Don't you guys have phones", there are some of us who have work phones and therefore don't outlay for personal phones simply to download games on.

Had the same issue. I tried clearing cache and even reinstalled the game. All other Plarium games working in the Plarium app, but Raid Shadow Ledgends seems to be the only issue. Mobile version works fine. I am guessing they are updating and did not inform throught message for the new Launch May 18.

Everyone that plays on plarium play is having the same issue, mobile works just fine but anyone that uses a pc and plarium play is out of luck till they fix the issue whatever that is, Support is aware of the issue and I'm sure they are working as fast as they can to figure it out and fix it, I know it sucks my fellow raiders I'm trying to get a few leggo's myself but it's broken for now lets just hang tight and don't uninstall the game once they fix the issue if you have auto-update on it will update and you should be able to play once the issue is fixed
