Ever since I filled out that survey for the extra energy, and it wouldn't accept my fb email, (kept trying to connect through google play), my fb loading screen gets stuck at around 5% on loading assetts.  I tried to log in through plarium, but it seems to think I'm a new player.  Having invested time and money on my original fb game, I don't want to go back to starting over from scratch.  Should I uninstall plarium?  Is that the problem?  Or is the issue something else?  If so, how do I fix it please?
