Same thing here. Me and my GF both regularly lose resources. Energy, bosskeys and arena tokens just because the game crashes during loading screens. It's since one of the recent patches that this happens, and it's definately not our hardware.

I'm playing on a wel maintained Asus ROG notebook with bluestacks and on a Huawei p20 pro android phone that is quite new. My GF plays on a somewhat older asus notebook and a desktop pc. All 4 devices have these crashes and it's definately not resources or connection related. All systems have gigabytes of ram to spare, i7 processors that run this stuff like a breeze and the connection (both wired and wifi) has zero issues. And on my office wifi, which is AT an internet service provider it's the same issue.

We both sent in reports, but have yet to hear a thing.

yea ive been offline more than online last few days, constant freezing on load screens and server connection errors 

im less than 200 points from the dungeon event and cant log in on multiple devices so yet another useless event 

Nothing but problems since the patch. 

  At first, couldn’t even log in until I saw a tip in forums about using WiFi instead of cell data.

  Now I get disconnected ALOT, (usually while waiting for rewards from a fight..........weird), only to find that after getting back in game my rewards aren’t there, but they made sure the energy was taken.

  I’m an iron worker  60 hrs a week, and have a family, so I don’t have time to grind and farm for in game items etc. like some do, so I spend money to get things in game  (Funny how I never have connectivity issues when the game is showing me I can buy 5 void shards for  $25.00), but I am not going to pay for anything else until this company starts doing its job. 

  So,Plaruim, you better get on it, because if I’m not buying in game items to progress my characters, a game like this gets stale pretty fast.  I’m sure I could find something else to peak my interest out there on the internet. I’ll just make sure I stay away from anything with your name on it.
