That is a Nox issue because it's running on a older version of Android. Download the APK from Pure APK and install it on Nox. Multi-instance Nox will let you start different versions of the Android operating system.
There are many youtube videos on this process. Also, there are other emulators you could use as well.
RaidSL will also be available on PC in the future.
