Hello.  I was playing on my [CHQ3]MysticX account when it crashed to desktop.  When I logged back in, I was chat-banned until 3/11.  I have no idea why, I'm a pretty friendly guy in chat, and I'm not a spammer.  I have no idea if there is an appeal process, but I thought I'd check here to see if there was a process.  I did submit a ticket in-game.
