What does your ban message say when you try to type something in chat?

"You've been banned from using chat. Player-reported behavior." 

Looks like support may have banned you on that one. Might want to submit a ticket if you want to get the best answers.  

lol, the original post said he submitted a few of those... Not sure I've heard of anyone ever getting a non-automated response from support

There is always an automated response, just make sure to reply to it. 

Didn't work, I've tried everything in the past. The support does not help whatsoever, 30+ tickets down the line.

Discord mods couldn't help either.

Like Wraith said, it seems as if Support read your chat logs after you were reported and they banned you.

Any advice on how to proceed from here? 

Nothing to do but wait it out and in the future  try to avoid doing whatever you did to get banned

What did I do to get banned?

How do I even know?

And how long am I supposed to wait again?

1) I have no idea

2) It would say in your ban message

Hi there. First of all, lets all play nice please. Neither Harbby nor I work for plarium, and frankly, Plarium Support has the final word always.

Second, I would like to see if I can help you, at least by informing you of the behavior that got you banned by support. 

But looking back at your records and interactions here and on discord, I can see you have been permanently chat banned for some time now in game and on the RSL main discord. And I fear you may have some idea as to what things you may have said in chat that got you banned, or at least what your general behavior was like to moderators, other players and the Community Managers several months back.

However, if you would like me to investigate further, I would like to help you. Please DM me your in game name and UM#, in addition to your most recent ticket number, and I will inquire. Once again, I can only ask, the Community Managers and Plarium Support have the final and only say on these things.

Here's the thing, I know exactly why I got banned on the RSL discord. Over a dispute I had with a mod on another discord server (not the official one). The mod took it personally and banned me from the RSL discord. 

Anyway that happened 2,5 years ago and I don't care about it.

But why did I get banned PERMANENTLY in game? I mean in my opinion, I would have had to do something really messed up ie racism or sexism or spreading homophobia etc, which I know for a fact I never did. 

I don't think my behavior on these forums was ever ban worthy , so I am not sure what you meant by that 3rd paragraph, and I was always on good terms with moderators here (Oracle in particular). 

Anyway, if you think that if I displayed the same behavior I displayed on the forums in the in game chat would be a cause for permanent ban idk what to tell you ... 

I have made this thread not to get unbanned, but as a desperate attempt figure out why and how long will I remain banned for. My in game name is AirMaxxx um3393715 | 3337500 is my ID , feel free to DM me if you ever find out anything it'd be much appreciated. Unfortunately all the tickets I made were closed and my ticket history is gone. Do you want me to open another ticket?
