My previous ban was lifted and for some reason I still couldn't speak in clan... Finally I could speak again only to be banned after a few hours. Please, can someone lift the ban properly so I can enjoy the game with my clan members?

And can someone pass on the message to support that the protection against flood of the system is set way too low. If we risk being ban all the time, what is the chat good for?
