I hope you can help me resolve my situation.

I had not logged into the game for approximately two years. When I recently decided to return, I discovered that my account had been permanently banned for Commercial Use.

I have no idea what happened to my account after September 2024, which was the last time I played the game.

I contacted Customer Support and received the following response:

"At Plarium, we strive to provide fair gameplay for all players. Buying, selling, or trading accounts, as well as using full automation to create or level up accounts, violates our Terms of Use. We reserve the right to restrict interaction with such accounts."
