Good morning,  please help.  I have been playing raid for a while and this is the first time I got banned in both global chat and clan chat.  I don't even talk in global chat or even in clan chat.  I was surprised to see that I got banned and doesn't say how long.  I created a plarium ticket and asked them why I was banned.  However they can't tell me because of privacy reasons what I did or said or how long I was being banned for.   I don't even talk in chat.  This happened right after i switched clans.    I feel like I was treated unfairly.    This is my player code.
