A couple of days ago I purchased a pack on Raid that was marked at $30 for a gem pack popup. I paid through the phone as I was not at my computer at the time. When the bill popped up from paypal it said I had paid $120. I then tried to rectify the situation by creating a ticket with Apple as the purchase was through Apple. Today while playing the game I was notified that I had been banned for Refund Abuse. How do I rectify this situation as I still really enjoy this game and want to continue with my account.
