They cant because its plarium play chat ban , needs to go through ticket support...which i already sent one , with a very rude and non-happy customer message . 

Forum ban , mods can and help usually when there is nothing wrong(props to them) but plarium play is out of their hands sadly .

@mods , send this request pretty please ... plarium play app on pc should never chat ban when talking to others in friends list .. its on the player to refuse or remove friend request , not on us to be careful how much we chat to each other .

P.S do not suggest other method of chatting when plarium play offers a perfect one thats too harsh on banning ..

Was this a spam ban in game, or is this that situation again where it goes past just in game chat? Sounds like the latter, but just double checking. 

We were using the game chat while playing the game.   He got banned.  I guess it the spam ban again.  

If it's just purely an in game spam ban, @Lyryal can DM me his UM ID, in game name and channel the ban happened in and I can send that along to support. 

Support got me and no it was the ban on the plarium play app , sent support ticket and its already fixed now ^.^

And it happens all over again ...12+ times over the last year and that avg down .. :P

Cant plarium upgrade the plarium play app on PC to at least let us block people instead of randomly banning friends chatting for the entire evening > Pretty please pass this suggestion on , as a paying customers its annoying to deal with each time :,(
