Same problem here,

I searched for new members for my clan and got chat banned. Can you at least fix the problem so I can talk to my clan. The support of Plarium is very weak to solve the tickets. Its my third one now

The ban should only be for a few days. There are many reasons this could have happened.

They're working on making it better.

I have the same Problem. Have talking with one of my Clan Members for about an Hour, then i was banned until 15. for no reason at all. You could ask my Clan friends they say the same. Banned for 4 days for nothing makes me really angry about the game, just stupid, so long no chance to write in Clan Chat. And ingame Support no reaction at all.

I have the same problem. Banned right now for no reason. I don't make problems for anyone, I respect anyone, and I need to speak in global chat to continue my progress. I'm new, and if I don't have the chat, this will be hard to me, and I don't do anything wrong.
