Unfortunately its RNG may you need to use tons of energy for complate quest.

I opened lvl 10 bundle sacred shard and got rare... and after looking at chances should not be possible. You can imagine how mad i was after getting retainer from sacred shard

A little late, but did you receive a high-elf by chance?  There is a graphical bug that makes high-elves look like rares, even if they are higher or lower rarity.  If you are sure you didn't receive an epic or legendary, then write me your details and I will send it to support.
