I bought a number of items from the shop 2 or 3 weeks ago ahead of a shard pull.  I received quite a few xp boosts and enerty refills which I left in my inventory because I didn't need them at the time and I understood that they were used up faster once applied to my in-game amount (the item at the top of the screen on the left, with the lightning bolt).  Now that I'm down to 130 energy, I went to activate the remaining items from my inventory and found them missing.  Just one of them was worth 2700 points!  I also had several screens of normal (100?) refills.  Where did they go?  I'm retired with a small pension.  I can't afford to lose the few things that I can afford to buy.  Please help me recover these items.  Thanks.
