Greetings, people.

The thing is, I had an account 2 years ago, but by uninstalling the game I lost access to it. I have written a ticket, but I am only getting autogenerated responses that don't solve my problem in any way, and only telling me to wait for the second-line. I have been waiting for 5 days to get my account back, and can't seem to get a proper response from Support. 

How long does it usually takes for Support to fully solve a problem? Is there any way to speed up the process? It was okay the first 2 days, but almost a week? This is starting to be a little annoying.
