I have followed every troubleshooting steps from clearing my cache, reinstalling the game from Plarium Play client, reinstalled the client and deleted all data but with no luck. I still be getting that same message "This game is currently experiencing some issues. If you continue to see this error, please contact the Support Team". 

I have sent multiple tickets with screenshot and bunch of log files to Plarium Support but nobody responded to them. I don't want to go as far as formatting my entire PC just for one game. I hope to find a solution to my persisting issue.
