I never received the free Shaman after playing for a week. I have now been playingfor a few months and still haven't gotten her. My Index shows her not having been gotten yet, and with the new character Aleksandr, when I close that screen it shows that I've gotten 8 of 7 days for Shaman, and that I got her already but never have. I have never gotten rid of any epics.
Yes I have the same issue on this also, I was wondering if I will get after the seven days i.e. day 8 but like you say it says I already have recieved her but havent
Hopefully an answer will be provided shortly as I have had another issue logged in bugs but have not recieved a response yet and already others are saying they have the same issue,

On second thought, if you started with Ninja, you will not be recieving Shaman. The rewards screen showing this was a bug. Sorry if you got your hopes up. :(
