My nephew was playing on my phone and purchsed a bunch of packs on black friday and opened shards. I was not happy with this and requested a refund as i did not purhcase this content myself. i got my money back but now im banned
Hello I've recently been banned myself for refund abuse I bought a pack and felt like I was scammed with the summon boosts so requested a refund from the developers first then went to play store and got a refund now my son was playing and bought a pack I didn't know about I got refunded for it but now I'm banned is this permanent or does it get lifted I contacted support they said they can't lift the ban it wasn't even my fault my son done it by accident without my knowledge I really don't want to lose my account I've spent so much money and effort and I'm raging I won't start again if I can't get it back I'm done with this game
How do I go about getting help for my refund ban I want to know if this is permanent
