Hi, i started this game a few days, or maybe a week ago and I was playing and suddenly got banned and the reason was "investigation". Is this normal? I have done absolutely nothing that should warrant a ban, the only thing I can think of is switching the game between my iphone and PC and logging one out whenever I play on the other. Is that something that would get you auto banned?
I would post in tech support, and i switch between pc and phone all the time so would not expect it to generate a ban

Usually the investigation reason is when Plarium detects a hack on your account, from suspicious logins from the other side of the world, and it is temp closed to protect you so the hackers can't destroy your acct. Once you get your support ticket going, you'll be able to restore your account.
