I have submitted issues on 3 consecutive days and get no response from "support" at all. Do they really exist or is all of this just a joke? Never seen any game company this bad

They had a pretty big server crash then a federal holiday. I know they are working through the support tickets as fast as they can.

How so? Did you login to a fresh account after reinstalling? If so, you can always log out of that account, and then back into your original account?
