You may be stumbling upon an issue where you cannot log into the game, similar to the screenshot attached.

The issue is reported and looked into..

Please try a VPN and see if that will solve your issues, if that should not do the trick open a support ticket please until the issue is fixed (no ETA on that): https://plarium.com/en/support/

Update 2.0: Please clear the cache from your Google Play Store, update WebView and other google related apps and see, if that will do the trick (it worked for some people already).

Did the above solution work? If you haven't tried yet, a VPN is working for many people. If you need a recommendation, Windscribe is free for several gigs of info per month. It is the one I use myself. Check it out in your app store.   

plarium play does not start raid shadow legends...

Same problem as Zarya, works on mobile but does not work since yet another update on Plarium...along with booting my Hell Hades artifact enhancer version out again! can you please remedy the Plarium version on PC and keep the "updates" to a minimum. Playing on mobile is rubbish in comparison.

I've tried clearing everything and even reinstalled the game, but still can't log in. I get an "unauthorized access exception" error.

i get this when trying to get on using plarium play. i have re-installed both raid and plarium play.

Here you go, but there was a second update after I posted and that cleared up the problem, after 10 hours of waiting for it to download. I think that second update reinstalled the whole game.

If anyone is still experiencing this issue, can you please tell us what device and OS you are using?
