Same  here    ipad  works;  iphone  does  not

We are hearing about login issues if you have multiple accounts. Is this the case for y'all as well?

Give this browser version a try and see if that lets you get in and let me know.

I  have  not  been  able  to  login  to  my  account  (iPhone)  all  day;  really  frustrating.

Open a support ticket if you haven't already. They are also recommending using/trying a VPN.

I  have  opened  a  ticket  and  I  will  not  pay  for  a  VPN  in  order  to  play  a  game.  I've  been  playing  Raid  for  over  a  year  and  a  half  without  one,  why  would  I  now  need  to  have  one now?  It  makes  no  sense  whatsoever.

Sorry you're having this issue. Windscribe is free for several gigs of info per month. It is the one I use myself. Check it out in your app store.
