tried to login 9-9-21 am. was told to enter email and password. said incorrect info. well i know my system and email are all good. so i tried to reset password. a box popped up asking for my email to reset pass word the box has a red send button in it clicked it and it froze. rebooted game and computer still could not login to game. tried several times was able to start game but gave me new plarium id#s? this was not my team. there has to be away to login with my UM#sto get to my team. any help or tricks to do this. I'm at level 66 and don't want to lose it. please help.
