I'm having a similar problem where my current game is already linked to a plarium id but I never did such a thing!

I have the same problem.

I'm locked out of my level 91 account. 

I'm hoping someone from support can find the account with my usename " Al Ghazzali ".

So far the responses have just sent me round in circles...

 My email now seems to be linked to a new account rather than my level 91 account, which i don't understand ...

You folks all opened an official support ticket and not one that was "sent from plarium", correct? Hackers will sometimes steal your account, then shoot you an email "detecting suspicious activity". If so, that is fake and designed to keep you from officially reporting the hack.

Then, when you get the automated email, please respond to that email.

i have same problem as others here.i was playing spider tourny and suddenly i get kicked out and it says my email is invalid!! what is this?? in middle of fusion losing my account?
