My story is like many others. Opened up the Plarium App on the PC & Phone and was faced with a login screen for the first time. I logged in to a resetted account, starting over again going through a tutorial.

My account was up to day 90 in the progession chart, at a guess I would say less than $200 spent since day 1.

I contacted support immediately of course on Thursday (15/07/21) Your request [3152951] has been updated.

Got a reply from Support (16/07/21) Lorenz asking for more details - Device model, clan name and account registration date.

I gave support all the details I had plus more, last purchase, Country of origin for IP trace, Clan leader name as he has eyes on my account, progression day and team arena build.

According to my clan leader my account remains unchanged, and yet now day 6 (21/07/21) I feel I am no closer to getting my account back.

Just figured with more and more of these posts showing up here and on the discord channel I would share my story/progress as well.

level 100 account with 10,000 dollars spent and given the FU by plarium because the thief sold the account so that meant the account violated TOS even though I never did.

The way they have handled your situation seems truly appalling. I guess their argument is they cannot prove you did not have any connection to the seller. I dont know if it will help but I would keep pushing for some sort of reimbursement.

If I had treated paying customers like this in my line of work I would've been fired.

It had been 7 days since ticket lodged, 6 days since last response from Plarium support.

But this afternoon I finally got a confirmation my account was being returned and they needed a new email address.

So a few hours later I am finally back in my account, so there is hope for others yet.

my original account witch was 57 and player power of 635k and clan leader suddenaly was gown and was replaced with one starting at 0 have sent reports and answered there questions as best i could .for the last 2 days i have heard nothing from them .what else can i do to get this issue resolved

This exact thing happened to me. I was logged out on Tuesday. When I logged in it went from a level 89 to a level 1 it has been 5 days I have proven its my account but I get no response from my emails

To ensure the security of players' accounts, we must be sure that you are the game account owner.

Having checked the account in the database, I found no data that could be used for verification.

That's why we cannot help you to change the login credentials.

after at least 8 years of playing there games both stormfall and raid . i dont want login data changed I want my origenal account restored

I had my account hijacked today :( I was about to collect day 90 but someone decided to do that for me and to cap it off upgrade all the chars I didn't want upgrading.. 

- As I never spend money on the games only time it wasn't a big issue. I did reset my password which should have changed as its on a password database.. I enabled 2FA which is what anyone that wants to keep their account from being hijacked should do.


 Let this be a lesson to everyone who opens their wallet to Plarium.
