Hi, i'm playing raid like 2 month, spent over 200€ into.

But like 5 days, i clean all caches in my pc, and disconnected all my acc from all app and website.

And now when i connect ig with my current plarium id (mail and password), all my progress is reset, i start in the tutorial.

I instantly contacted the support , but no response aswell, i'm lost...

i got my players ID from my real account, the one with Trunda <3

I give thoose ID's in my ticket on support, but today no response.

I trust on this forum, did someone got any solution for me to recover my real profile ?

You are going to be waiting for a few days before you get a response. And then they will want more details and you wont hear from them again for a few more days.

I am on day 4.

I think the 2 support staff are over worked for such a large game.

But this is a big problem, because some ppl buy misc in shop with €,$, and lost their progression, suppor must give response on that ^^

They will give a response, its just going to take a few days.

Someone got their account back within a week.

You probably will not like the response either. After 6 days they told me tough shit they are not resetting my account because the thief sold it after I reported it stolen, so the account violated TOS by being sold. I had spent over 10,000 USD on the game over the past 2 years

if i'm vitctim from a hack or somethin like this, this isn't my fault so plarium must be responsable.

its not a hack because i got acces to my account,  just the profile ig linked to myaccount is a fresh new, not mine.

Same for me but they will not return my account to me. The only thing you can do is contact your bank and charge back anything you have ever paid them. I also recomend reporting them to any government agency in your country in charge of consumer transactions and or cyber security.
