Seems like a lot of people, I lost my account where my email usual login (email) is not recognized in plarium launcher.

Invest more than 1k euros in the game in the last 10 months. Level 74.

Contact the support ticket (3150482) but since yesterday receive one automatic response and another which ask me data (payment etc...) that I already gave when I open the ticket. Really scared that I will never get a response.

Was simply doing a clan boss, when i came back on my pc, got the game crashed saying that i could send a log file to plarium to help. I just restarted the game like I thought it was a usual crash that happen sometimes when the Plarium launcher ask me to log in a gain. Choose my usual login that is in the cache of the launcher and says that I doesn't exist. Of course reset password doesn't work as he said my email account doesn't exist.

My clan still see me in the clan and in the current CvC I don't have activity.

I already gave at least all my 30 payments that I did on my account, explain what happened, nick name, my clan. But still no answer. Did someone already retrieve his account ? How long does it take to resolve such situation.

For now I am mostly scared that I will never retrieve my account. Of course I tried to login with my facebook account but in the beginning i link it for an objective but suddenly got a new account.......

Does the support read this forum as well ?
