Hey guys,

For some reason after I re-installed Plarium via Microsoft Store, I have been unable to sign in with my email. I try to sign in via Microsoft, but I get a notice saying that this account is already linked to the email address, which is odd.

So I shrug and clicked the Forgot Password link. Please inform me why I am not receiving any password links when my account is verified via Microsoft Store or any correspondence to that email address from Plarium?

Considering the fact that I spent 2k on this account so far, I'd really like to have it back, please.
