Same happened to me, I've written to support but I've heard nothing yet.

I assume this has been resolved for now? For the sake of any reputation that Plarium hopes to maintain, it would be in their best interest for you to say 'yes'.

They like to ban P2P accounts. They did the SAME to me. I spent 2k on this game, and no support whatsoever.

I have the same problem. Happened some days ago.

Ok so I got a reply from support, they cant find my account.  I was about level 43, 3+ months of progress gone.  Just glad I didn't spend any money on this game.  Doubt I'll be playing it again if this can happen.

They can find it. They're being lazy. They have backups of all games.  They just need to search and replace the link to your email address associated with your main game. For those who spent money, make a ticket with Google or Apple to help resolve the issue. They can force reimbursement if you don't mind walking away afterwards. but you'll get every dime you spent on that acct.  Businesses cannot be irresponsible with monetary transactions. It's fraudulent.  They have to fix it or refund all transactions. Just have to contact their HQ and ask for their process of service address. Usually this will wake them up and then it's like it never happened, but yeah do that and get results.

I was just about to hit level 70 all of a sudden I was right back at the beginning I play this game faithfully almost every day and it sucks that I'm back at the start I had a whole game plan for clan vs clan  I was about to level up at least 6 guys to level 6 then all of a sudden my account was gone can someone please help

Same problem just two days ago, the support didn't reply me yet. Did you get any answer?

lvl 100 2years in and 10k spent same thing happened and no response from plarium

same here. happened yesterday afternoon.

1st lvl support was quick and told me my account is now connected to a russian email adress.

he moved it to 2nd lvl support, but no answer yet.

would be interesting to know if people who had the problem 3 days ago got their accounts back and how long it took

Same  problem  3  days  ago  still  waiting  on  level  2    Support  but  now  im  missing  out  free  legendary event  and  only  10  fragmente  from  fusion so  ill  probably get  shafted  on  that  too    

Its been about 6 days for me.  I'm still in contact with support.  I've sent them my facebook ID, as that still seems to be linked to my missing account.  If they cant find it with that, I'm out of ideas.

I RECOVERED MY ACOOUNT

The supports answer me late but they repair the problem, i don't know what happened. I answers their emails with some especificly information like my lvl number, my avatar account, my attack and defend team in arena and somethink like that. 

Send emails and be patient. 

I got my account back!  Apparantly I spelled my username wrong when I chose it in game, so thats why they couldn't find my account.  But I sent them my facebook ID, and they found it.  Its all sorted now.  Just wanna say thanks to Anna for sorting it out for me, and being patient!

I did not get my account back. The thief sold my account and plarium is refusing to restore it to me because that sale violated TOS but I never violated them
