100+ transcendent chests without a sacred shard reward 😠 This must be a technical issue and NOT just rng!

I get 2 transcendent chests from Ultra Nightmare boss every day and I've had 51 days in a row without a single sacred shard as reward. That is 102 chests and far away from normal! So something must have happend to my account. I have sent a ticket to support about it, but got just auto responds with no help at all. Please fix the problem! I do not want to play a game where I'm clearly handicapped to everyone else. 😠
