I have done everything from paying for a VPN to uninstalling and reinstalling Plarium Play and I still cannot get into the game. I have submitted a trouble ticket to their support team and haven't heard anything back. BLUF - I cannot get into the game and this is not a F2P account I'm just willing to let go. If someone has any idea on how to resolve this I would greatly appreciate it.
If this is on PC it is a known issue. Hopefully it will be fixed soon.
Same here, apparently Mac users cant play AT ALL. Support has vanished and won't even asnwer tickets. We need an update!!! Im so pissed.

Hello, I understand it's frustrating. I recommend using Bluestacks until there is a fix, you can find the link on HellHades website.
I'm having the same problem in Mac's client.
I think it's somehow related with the pop-ups at the beginning of the login. Because if you start a new account, you can access the tutorial and play normally. But if you log off and then try to get to the game again, after the tutorial, you'll start getting those massives pop-ups.
