Hello,

I'm  concerned  there  is  an  issue  with  my  account,  during  this  event  ive  pulled  38  void  shards  (22  of  those  purchased  from  the  void  shard  pack)  pulled  three  epics,  none  of  which  were  the  epics  from  the  10x  event.  

Feels  like  a  bug  to  me  is  there  anyway  to  review  that?

I've  spent  a  considerable  amount  of  the  game  and  appreciate  the  gambling  element  (something  which  we  will  push  to  be  legislated)  but  this  seems  to  be  going  above  and  beyond  the  probability  element.

I  would  appreciate  contact  from  a  Plarium  employee  who  can  access  the  %  chance  of  pulling  one  of  the  champs  from  this  event  to  assess  whether  its  bugged.
