I  pulled nekhret  the  great  during the  2x  event  but  he's  not  showing up  anymor.  I  checked my  champion  inventory and my  champion  vault. He  shows  up  in  my  champion  index  though (he's highlighted)  which  means i  pulled him.  I  didn't feed  him  to  any  other  champion  or  anything like that.  Can  i  plz  have  this  fixed so  i  can get  my  champion  back &  use  him.  Its  like  some kind  of  visual issue/bug.  I  have a  screenshot of nekhret  in  my  index  as  proof  that  i  successfully pulled him.  

STEPS  TAKEN

1.  I  pulled  nekhret  the  great  during 2x  event  after  buying  5  void  shard  packs  and  pulling  77  void  shards.   (i  was  excited  to  pull  him)

2.  After  pulling him  i  started farming   arcane  potions  to  accend him  but  my  screen went black.  I  tried  logging back in  and got  this  screen   below 👇🏽

 

3.  After  getting that  error on  my  screen,  i  checked  my  wifi  and that  wasn't the  problem,  so  i  tried again and still couldnt  get  in  my  account.

4.  After  failing to  login  i  contacted  plarium  support for  ios,  they  weren't much  help  &  didn't even  attempt to fix  the  visual bug  so  i  can  see  my  champion/  get  him  back  in  my  inventor.  All  they  did  was  say  sorry  and  basically  implied  that  im  on  my  own  &  im  not  getting my champion  back  nor  will  the  bug  be  fixed .  The  support  representive  didn't even  respond  when  i  showed  proof

 

 

 

 

5.  I  try  one  more time to  get  in  my  account and it  worked.  i  looked  around to  make sure everythings  ok  but  i  noticed i  was   missing my  nekhret the  great.  

6.  i  kept  logging in  and  out  hoping he  would show  up  in  my  inventory but  never  did.  At  this  point i  gave  up  because  plarium  support werent  really interested in  helping me.  This  is  my  last  resort to  get  my  champion  back  /  fix  the  bug.
