I hope this has been resolved. I was just banned for a similar reason and am rather upset about it.

I have not requested a refund however my account was just banned also.  What in the heck is going on. Just finished Doom Tower level 90 and then was doing silver key when I got dropped out of game then was showen an image telling me my:

I have done nothing wrong and sure have not asked for a refund for anything I have purchased.  

I get a bann for NO REASON.

Just a window with this message, but without the reason.

Support needs a big maintenance and update. thats for sure -.-

Does anyone know if this ban is temporary?   

I've paid $100's of dollars to this account and they just ban me? For 1 legitimate refund request made within hours?

This sounds like people hacked into your accounts and tried to manipulate the system.  Plarium somehow realized things weren't right, so instead of asking you questions, they just closed the accounts.  Not a cool way to handle things. 

  I requested a refund on 2 purchases I didn't even make, and I got the ban after having my issue forwarded to a specialist. I woke up the next day and noticed the ban for "refund abuse"

I requested my account be restored. 

I will actually attempt to reply and let it be known the results if I am allowed to.

Before I start why is it absolutely impossible to type on this forum using Chrome mobile browser?

Anyway I got a reply telling me that I was banned because it is Impossible to remove champions  some people purchase with refunded purchases.  Only the purchases that I never made in the first place that I have absolutely no idea how ended up on my account were for 2 identical artifact sets and coins that I never collected and were still sitting in my inbox before I got banned so I have no idea if they were returned or not.

I don't think it's fair to ban someone for something they not only never collected but could not even be used for the reason that the alleged policy is in place to prevent. Especially when the purchases are not the players fault, but that's my opinion.

I do know that my last official purchase made last month may be my last. And if I am forced to wait until the 21st to regain control of my account I may just look into another game.   

I don't know how they got bought and placed onto my account but I didn't even know about the purchases until I was trying to clear my inbox from farming 12-3 and noticed the 6* sets and that they were shop purchases.  

It is also a game issue in the sense that I don't see how it could have happened but again that's my opinion.
