Hello  ive  been  banned  for  no  reason  

all  of  this  hard  work  24/7  and  im  a  heavy  spender  on  this  game ,  i  wws  doing  dungeons  and  a  messsge  pop  up  saying  ive  been  banned  on  the  20/02/2021  saturday  today  

i  contacted  customer  care  and  they  eo  not  reply  on  the  weekends  how  they  can  ban  people  on  saturday  and   for  no  reason  i  have  no  idea  why  and  they  dont  reply  to  you
