I used to play this game (to be honest, I played non-stop... I'd never sleep 6 hours in a row because I was obsessed with the Clan Boss), but then this forum (or, more precisely, the version before this update) got a security breach and my account (along with many many others) got wrecked by the hackers (deleted all my best characters). 

This happened and I reported it less than 30 minutes later (I was playing, went to make lunch, came back and the hacking happened). What was Customer "service" reply? "You got hacked, it's your fault"

It didn't matter that I never clicked links like this (my guess is that hackers get them by breaching sites like this one.

They didn't care and didn't help. My advice is for you to not waste your time, as I did, on this and move on to other games.
