I've spent nearly 5000$ in the last 4/5 months on Raid.

I just finished rank 9 pvp attribute 2 days ago, closing on arbiter.

My account is stacked with powerful heroes that need some gearing still.

But in that 5000 round about number....you banned me 5? Days ago for refund abuse, 

I was shocked, made every effort to clear things up, not only were you vague but almost nonchalant towards me.

Everyone spends thousands of dollars only to ask for a 9.99$ refund and a 24.99$ refund right?

You didnt even tell me the card or institution or date....

Nothing supporting your permanent ban....God forbid I did want a refund anyways.

Luckily I had spent enough money at that time because I got a reply, 

We recognize your dedication to your account, and will remove the ban this time!

A.k.a. thanks for a lot of money, this was a warning I will keep your account next time if you don't make sure the information we didn't give you does help you put a stop to the transactions we didn't provide you.

2?3? Days later and 1000$ more i wake up to see im banned again. And I get a single non informative reply!

Abuse of refund! 

I'm sorry I cannot lift the ban!!!!
