The champions you have dont magically disappear. You most likely fed her by accident. In any case, write a ticket to support, they might do a rollback for her, but its only one time favor, so please be more careful in future.

Currently plarium does not recover destroyed characters in the tavern, perhaps it could make an exception if the character was Lydia that you cannot get it later in any way. But characters have never been recovered
