same think is happening to me , well bluestack work 

Same thing just happened to me, my Facebook login account works but my Plarium Login one doesn't.

My primary account that I use on my phone will login and work but my second account that I use on PC will not load.

Me too. Uninstall on both comp and phone. Still no go. 

Same error for me. Can’t login to any account.

Ok so for the last 5 days or so since they did the update I cannot get into the game period on Plarium...nor can I contact support because they want my login name or coordinates...and it wont accept my login name on their support...so basically I wasted months on this game that I cannot get into...every time I hit launch it does the update again installs and goes back to saying launch again you click launch again and it brings the dang update and installs it again and again and again never letting me in...im to the point where im ready to say to heck with that game...yet plarium works for all the other games for me..when you lose 5 days theres almost no point playing it anymore...it worked fine until that update now its useless...
