Dear Plarium!

Before anything: I love the game, although it’s getting harder everyday. 

But please, don’t make it even harder. I finished Arena on Silver IV this morning, received what was given, thank you very much. 

But logging in only 5 min later tells me I’m back to Silver III?! How the f**k did that happen. And you know what? It’s not the first time! 

And to complete the mess: It happened to fiends in my clan as well! You need to fix this ASAP.
