yesterday night got hacked and  hacker even send me email to ransom me if i want my account back. I refused and he open  3 of my sacred shards to try to make me pay him. I have since put up ticket on the hack issue and gotten a reply to change email and reset password but i keep replying to plarium support ticket to help me reclaim back my 3 sacred shards but never get a response on this and keep getting automated generic reply faq. Please can plarium help on this, sacred shards is not cheap to save up.
